How do I choose between Freeride and Course skis?
Freeride skis are designed for off-piste adventures and powder, featuring wider waists for flotation. Course skis (or carving skis) are built for groomed runs and speed, offering superior edge grip on hard snow.
Do you offer pre-mounted bindings with ski purchases?
Yes, many of our ski sets come with integrated bindings. For flat skis, we offer a professional mounting service if you provide your boot sole length (BSL) during checkout.
What is your return policy for ski equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that skis that have been custom-drilled for bindings cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for oversized items?
Standard shipping for skis and poles typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for last-minute trips.
Do my new skis come factory waxed and tuned?
All our skis arrive with a factory wax and edge tune, meaning they are ready to ride immediately. However, for peak performance, we recommend a hot wax after your first few days on the snow.
