At Freeride & Course Skis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your new skis or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all equipment remains in its original packaging with factory seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused skis or gear in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package over the original label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
